All our jewellery comes with a 30 day money back guarantee on items returned in the original packaging with original receipt which are unworn and unaltered (excludes earrings, engraved items and commissioned pieces) for an exchange or refund as required. If you are not entirely satisfied with a commissioned piece of jewellery, again, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve this.
All our jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or materials(excludes damage caused by misuse or mistreatment).
Treasured Pearls do not pass customer information on to third parties. The only exclusion to this is the need to pass on limited customer information to courier/mailing services for the purpose of delivery. Treasured Pearls may gather some customer information to enable us to continue improving and developing our company.
