All our products are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship and/or materials. Treasured Pearls reserve the right to assess whether a fault is the result of faulty workmanship/material or as a result of misuse or mistreatment.
Returns Policy
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, and are happy to exchange or make refunds if the item is returned in its original condition i.e. without wear, damage or alteration
Refunds on bespoke items will be at our discretion. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve this.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings. Also, engraved items cannot be refunded.
To return an item:
Notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods by email or letter. Please provide a contact telephone numbers and we will acknowledge receipt.
Post back the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days after receipt of our acknowledgement with certificate of authenticity, presentation box and all other materials provided including the original invoice or receipt.
We recommend you use a secure insured service to send the goods back to us, eg Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note, you are responsible for the return postage & packing costs.
We will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned item(s) or replace them according to your requirements. Your refund will be for the full amount you have paid except any postage costs.
We are a small business, and maintaining a high quality customer service is extremely important to us. We will work with you to assist with returns & refunds, so please talk to us if you need assistance.
